If you find yourself wandering through the bustling streets of Hanoi, make sure to step into the hidden gem that is Tiny Post Cafe. Nestled at Số 8, ngõ 165 in the Cầu Giấy district, this charming café is more than just a spot for coffee; it’s a sanctuary for those wishing to unwind and recharge.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the serene atmosphere that draws in both locals and travelers alike. The aesthetic of the café is a delightful blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, featuring an eclectic decor of old cameras and stacks of books that create a cozy, inviting space. Customers rave about the café's cleanliness and the lovely staff who make every visit feel personal and warm. One reviewer, Phuong Hong Ha, beautifully captures the essence of this oasis, describing it as "the best place for healing and charging 'peaceful' energy." You can truly sense the tranquility emanating from every corner.

What sets Tiny Post Cafe apart? Its versatility. The café offers various seating arrangements, both indoor and outdoor, providing options for those entering for a quick coffee or to settle in with a book for a few hours. The upstairs areas equipped with air conditioning are particularly popular, though they can get busy – a testament to how much people love this idyllic spot. John Dean notes it as an "atmospheric café" that balances affordability with charm, making it an attractive haunt for those looking for quality beverages without breaking the bank.

Speaking of beverages, Tiny Post Cafe serves a delightful selection that ranges from invigorating iced teas to rich and flavorful milk teas. Imagine sipping on their potent Hồng Trà Sữa, bursting with the fragrant notes of tea and the satisfying crunch of chewy tapioca pearls; it’s a must-try that has left many customers enthralled. And at around 50-60k VND, it’s not just tasty but also exceptionally reasonable. However, a word to the wise – if you need bright lighting for reading or writing, you might want to bring a good lamp or plan your visit during daylight hours, as addy elyani mentioned, the ambiance can lean towards dim.

Whether you are a student seeking a chill study space, a writer looking for inspiration, or simply looking to indulge in a delicious drink, Tiny Post Cafe caters to all. The serene environment combined with a menu that delights the senses makes it an essential stop for anyone exploring Hanoi’s café culture. Come for the drinks, stay for the atmosphere, and leave with a sense of peace and inspiration.

Your day in Hanoi wouldn’t be complete without experiencing this cozy retreat, where every sip feels like a hug for your soul.

It's cozy and nice. It can get crowded during the afternoons and evenings especially the rooms with AC. Though I wont recommend it for those who have bad eyes, since the cafe has a dim lit ambiance. I had trouble writing things on my notes coz the lighting was too dim for my liking, it felt like being in a cave.
